I have issues eating spicy foods. Even if it’s only a little bit spicy, I find it hard to cope with it. It’s not bad but I want to be able to eat hot foods. How can I do this? I was just eating a samosa and I found that really hot (so hot that my nose started running). Thanks!
By the way, I don’t like milk either (I’m strange I know) so I kinda can’t wash it down with that.

I tend to eat things like scotch bonnet, stuffed peppers, and curry rice. What are some less spicy foods that I could turn my friend on to to get him up to speed?

I eat a rice bowl every day and I load it with Sraracha hot sauce.(The kind with the rooster on it) But no matter how many times I eat it, I still feel like it burns the same way as it did 2 weeks ago…Any ideas on how to build up a tolerance to this stuff and spicy foods in general?
